(STIBBV) Collaborative design roundtable #1

Attendees will be confirmed following a request for expression of interest process

Sessions will be facilitated by Sean Lowry from Green Cup Consulting

Morning tea and a light lunch will be provided

The objective of the collaborative design workshops is to:

• Review the evidence relating to current burden of STIBBV disease, contemporary community need and what works in the STIBBV service sector;
• Identify the services required to best meet current and emerging STIBBV related needs in the ACT based on the evidence base and ACT Government strategic directions;
• Identify current service capability, duplication of services and service gaps;
• Agree on new and critical service inputs to be considered through future procurement.
• Forecast indicative investment and costs, define available resources and assess current and future sustainability

Develop an outcomes and outputs framework and identify consistent metrics across the service system
