Description

A workshop to share, discuss and better understand linkages and coordination across the homelessness sector and other sectors (e.g. Alcohol and Other Drugs services, and Mental Health services) to support shared clients.

Participants will be guided through a series of discussions and activities to gather perspectives on how we can better collaborate and work in partnership across the human services system to enhance outcomes for shared clients.
