Thank you, frontline staff across the sector

This year frontline staff from community and health service providers advocated for clients, provided highly valued operational insights, and helped inform service changes and innovations.

We also know that towards the end of each year, many providers see an increase in community need for supports and services, and that impact of this increased demand is felt by frontline staff.

We wish to acknowledge the care, expertise, skill and resilience of frontline workers throughout 2023, and thank them for sharing their valuable insights through commissioning, while maintaining a strong focus on their work with people in need.

We remain committed, through our Sector Sustainability Project to ensuring your sector is strong, diverse, and independent so you can continue to do the important work you do everyday for Canberrans.
