2023 Listening report is now available

As part of our ongoing commitment to listening and learning to improve the commissioning experience, the Community Sector Directorate (CSD) and ACT Health Directorate (ACTHD) partnered with the ACT Council of Social Service (ACTCOSS) to develop the 2023 Listening Report and Improvement Action Plan.

The Report was presented to the Commissioning Senior Officers Group (CSOG) in March 2024. CSOG members provided guidance on identified improvement actions. CSOG are supportive of a focus on the building further capability for the next wave of reform.

4 key themes identified in the Report are:

• Commissioning in principle versus practice
• Relationship and collaboration
• Transparency and communication
• Funding, resources, and capability

For each theme, the Report also captures the associated continuous improvement actions which have been identified to address the respective themes.
