Women’s Information Resources and Education on Drugs and Dependency (WIREDD) - provides information, resources, counselling and outreach to women to minimise the harm associated with dependencies and educate the community on understanding the needs of women.

Alcoholics Anonymous Canberra/Queanbeyan External Link - is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem. The only requirement is a desire to stop drinking.

Al-Anon Family Group External Link - is a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength and hope in order to solve their common problem.

Alateen Al-Anon Family Groups Monaro District External Link - is a self-help group for children and adolescents whose lives are, or have been, affected by problem drinkers.

Lesley’s Place provides support for women with drug and alcohol issues. It maintains two residential services and outreach support for women in the community who are in recovery or have a desire to change their drug and alcohol use.
