Audrey Fagan Leadership and Communication Program

The Audrey Fagan Leadership and Communications Program is for women wanting to gain confidence, enhance their leadership skills, and to better their public speaking skills. The program includes a series of tailored workshops and coaching sessions as well as a suite of resources and materials.

Audrey Fagan Directorship Program

Applications are now closed for 2019.

The Audrey Fagan Board Directorship Program aims to support women to build their confidence in their existing board roles, or to take the first steps towards becoming a board director.

Participants are provided with tailored training designed by expert educators from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and receive access to resources and networking opportunities.

The Audrey Fagan Board Traineeship Program provides an opportunity for women in the ACT to gain the skills and capabilities to participate in boards through a series of workshops, and an associated mentoring program.

Participants are paired with an experienced mentor who currently sits on a board or committee, and have the opportunity to attend board meetings in an observer capacity.
