Emails and Electronic Forms

We collect no personal information about you unless you voluntarily choose to participate in an activity that asks for information, such as:

  • Sending an email
  • Participating in a survey
  • Undertaking a payment or other transaction

We will record your email address only if you send us a message. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes for which you have provided it and will not be disclosed to other persons or organisations without your prior consent. Your email address will not be added to a mailing list, unless you have provided it to us in order to subscribe to one of our subscription services.

Where you choose to send us a completed electronic form that includes your personal details, we do collect personally identifiable information, such as name, address and email address. The information collected by email or electronic forms will be used only for the purpose for which you provided it, and we will not disclose it without your consent, except where authorised or required by law.

The Internet is an insecure medium and users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the Internet. Information submitted unencrypted via email or web forms may be at risk of being intercepted, read or modified. Data Collected - Browsing (Clickstream data)

When you look at this website, the website server makes a record of your visit and logs the following information:

  • the user's server address
  • the user's top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .org, .au etc)
  • the date and time of visit to the site
  • the time spent on individual pages and the site overall
  • the previous site visited
  • the type of browser used
  • which pages are accessed
  • which files were downloaded
